The CineRobot provides lifetime support to its customers.

Every item carries a unique serial number with documented parts and owners.

Every Owner recieves a detailed parts number catalogue for easy part replacement if needed.

Whenever an owner sells to another, the new owner can inform CineRobot about the serial number and previous owner name to recieve support and benefit from the upgrading option.

Spare parts or compatible parts are available ready or upon request for any model, any version.

Warranty:

A one year warranty at least is given on products for manufacturing and safe usage problems.

The warranty does not cover any problem due to abuse, unproper handling or not following instructions.

The warranty shall not cover shipping costs, and damaged parts may be ordered back for inspection and replacement.

Upgrading with CineRobot:

Whenever an upgrade on equipment is made, a new version of the product is released.

Registered owners can always upgrade their products later, and compatible parts shall be provided to their previous versions.

Registered owners can also trade in for a higher end model and deduct 60 to 90 percent of the traded original price.
